Manik Dey calls for preservation of water

Agartala, Jul 08, 2012 : Keeping in view the limited water source in Tripura, people should be very careful to use water and should not waste it”, said Panchayat and Power Minister Manik Dey.

Speaking at a seminar organized at the initiative of Drinking Water and Sanitation (DWS) department at Town Hall in Ranir Bazaar on Saturday, Dey urged the people of the state to control the water wastage while using it.

‘Water is the main source of living; the state government has taken several initiatives for supply of pure drinking water in every village of the state.
