Agartala, Jun 22, 2012 : The state government began employment for 200 auditors in the Audit Department.
Distribution of the offers started on Wednesday and most of the enlisted fortunates were expected to get their offers in hand by the end of this week, said a highly placed source.
Meanwhile, Finance Minister Badal Choudhury said, the state government was planning to recruit more people in a phased manner.
The last cabinet meeting had approved intake of 110 teachers in government 110 government aided schools of the state.
Besides, recruitment was also in the pipeline in hospitals and jail once the infrastructures were put in place.
“The state government is eager to recruit more people but the financial constraint posed by 13th Finance Commission is not yet over and we are still in the mess”, said the minister
